Pairs Table

The table below was created with the filter to show all Pairs found in both the CL and OM clusters.
Select a row followed by:

→ Sequences: the table of sequences for the pair will be shown (see lower left image).

→ Cluster: the table of clusters for the pair will be shown (see lower right image).

→ Pairwise...: options for alignment (see lowest left image).
